How to get a Medical Certificate?
An appointment is required for your GP to issue a medical certificate for medical conditions requiring time off work. Medical certificates cannot be backdated
Is my appointment running late? Am I running Late
Our doctors may be running late if they are delayed by urgent or complicated cases, or if earlier patients have themselves arrived late. We thank you for waiting and apologise in advance.
How do I see one of your GPs?
We offer appointments to reduce waiting times. While we strive to accommodate your preferred time and doctor, it may not always be possible. The standard appointment times take 15 minutes. If you wish to have extra time or if multiple people will be seen, please inform out receptionist.
Walk-ins are also welcome, but those with appointments and life-threatening symptoms are prioritised. Please call us to cancel any appointments you cannot attend.
